Fantasy Cheat Code is run by Arc Design Agency, LLC. Two things are set out below: the terms you agree to by using the site, and what the site does with your information. Both are written to be read, not to be skipped.
Fantasy Cheat Code computes fantasy basketball numbers from public box scores, injury reports, betting lines and reporters' public posts on X, and publishes what it finds: rankings, lists, projections, signals and short written notes. It is an information service. It is not advice, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the NBA, any team, X, ESPN, Yahoo, FanDuel, DraftKings, Underdog or any other league, outlet, sportsbook or fantasy company.
Some pages show reporters' public posts from X, embedded the way X displays them. Those posts belong to their authors and to X, appear under X's own terms, and are not written, checked or endorsed by us; which posts appear is chosen by software. Software, including an AI model, also reads those posts for two things it acts on: a player's injury status, and a team's starting five, which the lineup then credits to the post. A post can be wrong or change later, and so can a status or a five taken from it.
You must be at least 18 to create an account. The betting pages are analysis only and are meant for people who are 21 or older and in a place where sports wagering is legal. If that is not you, use the fantasy side and skip the rest.
An account is yours alone. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may close an account that is being used to abuse the service or anyone else, and you can close yours whenever you like from your account page, or by writing to support@arcdesign.agency.
Looking around is free. A plan opens the rest of the site. There are two: the season pass, one payment that runs through June 30, 2027 and does not renew, and a monthly plan, which renews each month until you cancel it and ends on its own after the Finals: it is never charged for a month that would fall mostly after June 30, 2027. The price is shown before you pay. Prices can change with notice; a change never touches a season pass already bought. Stripe takes the payment and holds the card; we never see it. We keep the id Stripe gives your customer record, which plan you have, its status and its dates. A plan is for one person.
Cancel a monthly plan whenever you like under Account → Manage billing. Your access runs to the end of the month you have paid for; part of a month is not refunded. The season pass is refundable if you ask within 7 days of purchase: write to support@arcdesign.agency. What counts is when your email reaches us, even if we answer later. Closing your account cancels a monthly plan and ends a season pass; a season pass bought in the last 7 days is still refundable if you ask.
An account made by 11:59pm Eastern on October 25, 2026 is a founder’s. Everything on the site is free to it through 11:59pm Eastern on November 29, 2026. Until then, founders can buy the season pass for $19.99, and a founder who starts a monthly plan is first charged on November 30, 2026, unless they cancel before then. After November 29, a founder without a plan sees what a visitor without an account sees; what they saved stays, and comes back with a plan.
Everything here is computed from data that is sometimes late, sometimes wrong, and always about the past. Projections are guesses with arithmetic behind them. Injury statuses come from reports that change without warning. The site is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind, and we do not promise it will be accurate, available or fit for whatever you are using it for. Decisions you make with it are yours.
The notes, posts and chat answers here are written automatically, by software that includes AI models, from the same data as the numbers. No person writes or checks each one before it appears. They can be wrong: they can misread a report or a post, mix up players, or sound surer than they should. Treat them like the numbers, as a starting point for your own decision. Our team can also set some things by hand, such as a team's starting five, who gains while a player sits, or an injury note.

The name, the design, the writing and the engine behind the numbers belong to Arc Design Agency, LLC. Team names, league names and player names belong to their owners and are used here only to say who is who. Underlying statistics are facts and belong to nobody.
If you send us feedback, an idea or a correction, we may use it to change the site without owing you anything for it.
Some pages link to sites we do not run. We are not responsible for what they publish or for how they handle your information; their own terms and privacy policies apply once you are there.
These terms can change; the date at the top says when they last did, and using the site afterwards means you accept the new ones. We can change or stop any part of the service. You can stop using it at any time.
To the extent the law allows, Arc Design Agency, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and its total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given it up. We are not responsible for delays or outages caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as a provider’s outage, a late data feed or a network failure. These terms, with the privacy section below, are the whole agreement between you and Arc Design Agency, LLC about the site.
There are no ads, no advertising trackers and no analytics scripts on this site. Three outside services load in your browser, each covered below: Adobe's font, on every page; Cloudflare's bot check, on the sign-up, log-in and password-reset forms; and X's script, on the pages that show posts from X. Your information is not sold, rented or handed to data brokers. Payments go through Stripe; your card number never reaches us.
Statistics, and the posts read from X, come to our servers from their providers; that traffic carries nothing about you.
Settings, theme, which tips you have seen and a few conveniences such as where you were in a table are stored on your own device, not on our servers, unless you save your settings to your account. Signing in sets a cookie that keeps you signed in. Clearing your browser data clears all of it.
Account information stays until you delete the account. Chat logs are kept while they are useful for improving the service and are not tied to your identity. Close your account and it goes, along with your email address, your lists, your draft rankings, your saved view and your saved settings; a monthly plan is cancelled and a season pass ends with it. Because the address goes too, no email confirms the closing; the page you land on says what happened. Stripe keeps the payment records the law asks it to keep.
Your account and everything saved to it live in our database provider’s data center in the United States, encrypted on disk and on the way to and from it. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, so nobody, us included, can read them. The database itself makes sure each account can read and change only its own lists, rosters and settings. Pages are served only over an encrypted connection, and repeated sign-in attempts are slowed down to stop guessing. Card details go straight to Stripe, which holds the payment industry’s top security certification (PCI DSS Level 1). Direct access to the database is limited to the people who run the site, and the keys for it are never sent to your browser. No system is perfectly secure; if something happens that exposes your information, we will tell you, as the law requires.
The site does not follow you to other sites or share what you do here with advertisers, so a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal from your browser has nothing to switch off. The site works the same either way.
Accounts are for people 18 or older, and are not knowingly created for anyone younger; if one was, write to support@arcdesign.agency and it will be closed. The site is not meant for children under 13.
